Packages are generally dispatched within 4 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your chosen courier with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. However, if you wish, we can group multiple orders with different release dates (if pre-order) or onhand products, to do so, please send a message on the order details page. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Your items are well-protected with multiple layers of bubble wrap, if you wish to add a box to protect your items, please add one of our boxes to your order.

Returns or Refunds

If you have received your order with a wrong or missing item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt and provide an unboxing video of your order from showing the air waybill to a detailed view of which items you have received, so that we may identify the repercussions of what you have received and update you of the solution. Your unboxing video can only be edited to the point that it can only be muted.
