Shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within the shipment date (1-2 business days). Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. However, if you wish, we can group multiple orders with different release dates (if pre-order) or on hand products, to do so, please send a message on the order details page. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Your items are well-protected with multiple layers of bubble wrap, if you wish to add a box to protect your items, please send a message.
Item Protection / Insurance
There are item protection fees associated with the courier you have chosen, and thus, if there is damage, theft, loss, etc. and insurance is not enough to cover the value of your item, we will not be liable. All shipments are insured with a default value of ₱500 with LBC, if you wish to increase the item protection value then contact us immediately before we ship your order. Ninja Van limits their liability to ₱2000 included with no fees for all shipments.
Returns or Refunds
If you have received your order with a wrong or missing item, please send us a message within 7 days of receipt. We will be asking you to provide an unboxing video of your order from showing the air waybill to a detailed view of which items you have received to identify the problem and give you a solution. Your unboxing video can only be edited to the point that it can only be muted.
We strongly advise that customers follow the guidelines above in case there are problems with your order.
