For pre-order products, they will first be imported from South Korea, here is the ETA to PH Warehouse:

• Normal ETA (NETA) - via sea cargo, 2-4 weeks.
• Fast ETA (FETA) - via air cargo, within a week.

The type of ETA will be shown on product details. The estimated shipment date will be indicated on the product page.

• DOO - deadline of orders, meaning, after this time, we will no longer be accepting any more orders.
• OOS - out of stock, if there is no DOO indicated on the product description then the DOO is until the product is out of stock.
• DOP - deadline of payment, if payments have not been sent within the date, then the order will be cancelled.

Installments or partial payments is only applicable to select products, it will be shown in the product details if installments are available, if not, then full payment only.Cancellations:

• You can request to cancel your order on the orders page.
• If your order has been secured, e.g. when the order status is "Awaiting release", we will only be refunding 80% of the total price.
