1. No Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind about a purchase.
2. Seller Mistakes
Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases where there is a seller mistake such as missing items or wrong items being shipped. Proof required is an unboxing video that clearly shows the items received. The unboxing video must not be cropped or trimmed and can only be edited to the point that it is muted.
3. Proof Submission
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to seller mistakes, the unboxing video must be submitted within 7 days of parcel delivery to [email protected].
4. Product Condition
All product conditions are checked prior to shipment and are packed safely to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. We are not responsible for any damages or mishaps that occur during shipment.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
In cases where the seller is at fault, Stanhaseyo will bear the shipping costs for the return or replacement of the items.
6. Processing Time
Once the proof is received and validated, we will process the refund or replacement within 7 business days.
