We are based in the Philippines and offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5.1. Shipping Fees
The shipping fees provided at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted if they deviate from the actual shipping costs based on the order details. Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is shipped. The order will only be shipped once the shipping fees are paid in full.
5.2. International Shipping
For international shipping, customs duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the shipping estimate provided at checkout and will be the responsibility of the customer. These additional charges may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
6. Return and Refund Policy
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases where there is a seller mistake such as missing items or wrong items being shipped. Proof required is an unboxing video that clearly shows the items received. The unboxing video must not be cropped or trimmed and can only be edited to the point that it is muted.
